Our Approach to
Pelvic Health

Birth Basix offers an integrative model of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Yoga, and Lactation Support, allowing women to access comprehensive care tailored to their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We believe in addressing the root cause of pelvic health concerns rather than treating the symptoms alone. We address conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, and trauma-related symptoms, combining clinical research with a compassionate understanding of the challenges women face. Our treatment plans empower women to achieve long-lasting relief and quality of life.

We address breastfeeding challenges such as tongue-tie, torticollis, and muscle tone issues with specialized physiotherapy techniques like suck training and myofascial release, ensuring both mother and baby receive the support they need. This integrative care empowers families with early intervention and promotes optimal health and development.
