"I started working with Sonali around Dec 2019 for my preconception phase as I had spent the previous 12-14 months TTC and didn’t see much luck. I also had a bad back injury early 2018 and was holding on to a lot of fear about my general movement and more so around pregnancy. Except for 3-4 sessions in person (based in Chennai), all my sessions were virtual with her in a one on one format.
