C-section moms can join the group at 8 weeks postpartum, while vaginal birth moms can start at 6 weeks. After this point, the recovery curve is generally similar, although some key differences remain. For instance, we guide C-section moms through abdominal scar massage and offer episiotomy scar release techniques for vaginal birth moms. We share videos with instructions for these.

Both C-section and vaginal birth moms may experience challenges connecting to their pelvic floor and core, so we make sure each participant has a clear understanding of how to rebuild these connections safely and effectively.
