How You Can Work With Us

Prenatal Physiotherapy

You’ve likely heard how important a strong pelvic floor is during pregnancy—but where should you start? Our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Consultation is fully tailored to your needs. Whether you’re experiencing pelvic pain, preparing for childbirth, or aiming to prevent incontinence or prolapse, we provide personalized care that’s specific to your body. With a focus on pelvic balancing, we also support optimal baby positioning, which can be particularly beneficial if your baby is in a breech position. Going into labor with a body that’s ready and aligned makes a world of difference—and it also sets you up for a smoother postpartum recovery.
